Menu Planning Monday #150

Welcome to another Menu Planning Monday! Here I try to plan out healthy, EASY meals that will get me in and out of that kitchen as quickly as possible while still keeping our palettes satisfied.

If it takes a lot of time or ingredients, I’m out. If I can simplify, I will. And I will let you know how!

One Pan Healthy Sausage, Chickpeas, and Veggies 

I actually think the juices from the sausage is enough flavoring for this- I might skip the Mexican spices! And I will use turkey sausage.
