Menu Planning Monday #147

Welcome to another Menu Planning Monday! Here I try to plan out healthy, EASY meals that will get me in and out of that kitchen as quickly as possible while still keeping our palettes satisfied.

I hope you all had a wonderful weekend and are enjoying some warm, summer weather! It was a bit chilly for us here this weekend, but the forecast is looking quite amazing this week!

Monday

Spaghetti and Turkey Meatballs

I really don’t make dishes with pasta often, but the kiddos do enjoy spaghetti so I bought some protein noodles to get a little more nutrition out of them.

  12. I’ve never been good at menu planning, despite my best intentions. These meals look great and not overwhelming.

  13. I don’t have kids but I find that prepping, cooking and cleaning up again is starting to take up SO MUCH of my time! I’m starting to look into meal prepping in advance to save time.
