Menu Planning Monday #134

Welcome to another Menu Planning Monday! Here I try to plan out healthy, EASY meals that will get me in and out of that kitchen as quickly as possible while still keeping our palettes satisfied.

I have been waiting for this week for a few MONTHS now and it has finally come! We are taking the kiddos to San Diego with some of our best friends to enjoy some beach time and go to Legoland. I am pumped! So, if you have any fun restaurants in the Mission Beach area we must check out, please let me know! Open to activity suggestions, too!


Crock Pot Low Carn Un-Stuffed Cabbage Roll Soup 

If you follow along weekly, you might remember that we also had this last week! But, I am already craving it again! It’s so easy to make and makes enough for leftovers for lunch.
