Menu Planning Monday #120

Welcome to another Menu Planning Monday! Here I try to plan out healthy, EASY meals that will get me in and out of that kitchen as quickly as possible while still keeping our palettes satisfied.

We are BIG fans of the burritos and carnitas, and I am very excited to see how this week’s meatloaf turns out. It looks absolutely delicious!


Chicken Avocado Burritos

I use Greek yogurt in place of the sour cream to lighten it up a bit, as well as wheat tortillas
