Welcome to another Menu Planning Monday! Here I try to plan out healthy, EASY meals that will get me in and out of that kitchen as quickly as possible while still keeping our palettes satisfied.

It took me a while to find my recipes this week, as some others that looked tasty were too complicated or had too many steps; and that just does not work for me! So, rest assured, these are EASY!


Baked Spaghetti and Meatballs

If you’ve got spaghetti-lovers in your house, this looks like a winner! To make it healthier, try subbing spaghetti squash for the noodles.
