Menu Planning Monday #92

I have officially consumed 25,000 calories at Disneyland and am feeling like I need to detox. But how could I resist those dang churros!? They’re SO good! So, when looking for recipes for this week, I searched for “detox meals” and the recipes below came up. I have NO idea what makes something actually “detox”- worthy, but these look delicious and if I tell myself I am doing something to help the cause then, well, I’ll feel better. Ha!

Dill Chicken Salad- Low Carb, Paleo

I LOVE dill and think this recipe looks great in a salad or in a whole wheat pita.

This. Looks. So. Dang. Good. I WANT IT NOW! I’m not sure if I will realistically make the homemade caesar dressing, so I may just use store-bought… but I bet the homemade tastes just fantastic. Hmm…

  3. This is a great menu! I never know on the weekends either, it’s like my planning mind turns off when I see the word ‘Friday.’

  4. They all look delicious!!! I am away this week “kind of” on holiday too and keep reminding myself that just because there is so much bacon and eggs available at breakfast, doesn’t mean I have to eat it all… I did make sure to have some fruit and yoghurt and buy some nuts for snacks too, I’m hoping that will help ease the daily bacon and egg guilt!

    • Gosh, you’re good! I eat eggs and sausage just about every day! Ha! Hmmmm…. Maybe I Should rethink things…
