Menu Planning Monday #87

Welcome to another Menu Planning Monday! Here I try to plan out healthy, EASY meals that will get me in and out of that kitchen as quickly as possible while still keeping our palettes satisfied.

I really enjoy Easter, but have never had any staple Easter recipes. Anyone care to share your go-to favorite recipes?

BBQ Chicken Tostadas 

These look GOOD. My husband and kids are BBQ sauce lovers, so these are sure to please.

Wednesday

Honey Garlic Salmon

It’s been so long since we’ve had salmon! YUM! And with a honey glaze, the kids are sure to enjoy.

    • Well you are quite healthy! With four other mouths to feed, I have to keep things new around here while they develop their tastes!
