Menu Planning Monday #82

Welcome to another Menu Planning Monday! Here I try to plan out healthy, EASY meals that will get me in and out of that kitchen as quickly as possible while still keeping our palettes satisfied.

Every week this recipe has been tried and enjoyed. I hope you like them as well!

Monday

Creamy Balsamic Chicken and Brussels Sprouts

THIS RECIPE IS SO GOOD!! But take note, the recipe is for one serving. So for us, I quadruple it.

Tuesday

Date night = grilled cheese and tomato soup for the kiddos

Wednesday

No Bean Turkey and Sweet Potato Chili

This recipe is SUPER simple with a lot of yummy flavor. I usually double it freeze a batch.

Thursday

Cabbage Sauteed with Chicken

My whole fam gobbles this one right up. I buy a bag of coleslaw with carrots to make this recipe even easier. Also, pretty sure I didn’t puree the tomatoes, I either just diced or used sauce…

  2. I looooove brussel sprouts. I still haven’t found my ideal way to make them at home but adding the chicken and balsamic vinegar might do the trick! Can’t wait to try it!

  3. i hardly ever buy cabbage and i need to change that. that recipe looks delish.

  4. Bookmarking this one! It’s tough for me to find meals for my husband and I that are healthy and my picky eater will like! These look amazing.
