Welcome to another Menu Planning Monday! Here I try to plan out healthy, EASY meals that will get me in and out of that kitchen as quickly as possible while still keeping our palettes satisfied.
Our sweet little Gwyn is getting her tonsils and adenoids out today and I am incredibly nervous about it. I am nervous about her going under. I am nervous about how she is going to wake up. I am nervous about the amount of pain she might be in. I am nervous about the recovery period. UGH! I AM NERVOUS! But, I am trying my absolute best in not showing these nerves as she seems to feel pretty brave about it all.
So, I have deemed this the week of completely focusing on my girl and her care and thus don’t plan on making many, if any, meals other than things that will make her feel better.
So, instead I thought I would share some new recipes that I could see mu family enjoying and will hopefully get to make in the near future.
