Menu Planning Monday #15 and Link-up!

 Welcome to Menu Planning Monday! Except, I usually post it early on Sunday for all you planners! Every week I try to plan healthy meals with like-items for our family as well as meals that don’t require a ton of ingredients or complicated steps. And if it can be thrown into a Crockpot, even better!

Some of these recipes are new to me, too and have never been tried, so my apologies ahead of time if they don’t turn out! Some of these are family-favorites and I will be sure to note which ones those are.

I have also included a color-coded grocery list so that you can easily see which ingredients belong to which recipes at the bottom of the page.

This week is also the start to a recipe link-up so you too can share your favorites! At the bottom of this page I encourage you to link your go-to, healthy and/or favorite meals so we have even MORE options to choose from and try out. And who knows, maybe it’ll end up on my menu one week. :)

My son is a picky eater but he WILL eat these! I leave out the jalapeno part so it’s not too hot and drizzle with a little Light Ranch and they’re a hit!
