Welcome to another week of planned-out meals!
Some of you have reached out and expressed your gratitude for this weekly post, and for doing so I thank you! I not only do this to keep myself on the menu-planning track, but to help out others who may be needing more healthy, easy dinner ideas as well!
And to make it even easier, I have done something new this week!
I realize you may not be making every meal that I do each week and that before you were going through the grocery list trying to figure out which ingredients belong to which recipe.
Well, not anymore! I have now color-coded the grocery list so you can easily see which ingredients belong to which recipe and you can pick and choose which ones you would like to make!

Okay, here we go!
I have made this before and it is simple and easy. I threw it all into the crockpot (except for the cheese at the end) and by evening, we had dinner. I also put these into tortillas and made little burritos out of them.
